Status Legend:
Step 1: Your order has been submitted successfully, thank you.
Note: If making payment by money order or check, please contact us to confirm payment has been sent. If payment by phone ordering, please call us during regular business hours, or leave a message and include your phone number and convenient time to call you.
Orders will be cancelled if payment not received in 5 business days.

2) Call us at 1-479-689-4787 during regular business hours (Monday-Friday 8am-6pm CST).
Step 2: Payment and verification is now confirmed. Please note you may no longer make changes to this order. Allow 1-2 business days for your order to process.
Step 3: Progress on your order is now under way. Allow 6 to 12 business days for computers and 2 to 4 days for other items to ship.
Step 4: We are making good progress on your order. Please note: Your item will soon be carefully packaged and sealed, and made ready to ship. We will send you tracking number and/or shipping conformation number when your items ship. (All items shipped include 100% full insurance against damages and loss, with the shipping courier)
Step 5: Your order has shipped. You can see your tracking information by clicking on "My account" > "Order history". However, tracking and/or conformation numbers may not appear immediately as the shipping couriers update only periodically.
