How long will it take for me to get my order?
Due to the nature of our custom built computer systems, expect your computer to be shipped out within 6 -12 business days from the date of payment approval. On most other hardware/software items, we generally ship within 2-4 business days from payment approval. We will send you a tracking number via email when your item ships out.

What type of payments do you accept?
There are a variety of ways to pay for your purchase:
- Credit cards - We accept Visa and MasterCard
- Phone ordering (with credit card only) Just call us at 479-689-4787
- Pay Pal - Pay for your order with your Pay Pal account
- US Postal money order
- Business and Personal checks. This could take up to 2 weeks for verification, and conformation

What about the safety of my credit card and personal information?
No need to worry, your credit card number is not stored in our website's database, and we use the industries most-secure 256-bit SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) data encryption to communicate between our secured server and our payment gateway's server. Your personal account information is also safe and secure, as we will never distribute your information to anyone else. We hate spam as much as you do! Where will you guys ship my order to?
Currently, we ship to all 48 states and Alaska & Hawaii, in the United States. We also ship to APO/FPO Military locations accordance with United States Government Guidlines. For orders going to Alaska, Hawaii, and APO/FPO, we use USPS (United States Postal Service). You can select from DHL or USPS within the 48 states. We can ship to Canada but the customer will need to contact us prior to placing an order, so we can get accurate shipping charges. Within Canada, all Duties, Taxes and extra shipping costs inside Canada is customers responsibility.

Can you ship to Military APO/FPO locations?
We are able to ship most of our products to U.S. Military APO/FPO Addresses. Unfortunately, we tracking numbers are unavailable for shipments to APO/FPO addresses, but we will have official shipping conformation numbers, and all packages are always fully 100% insured against damage or loss. The U.S. Government requires that we send all shipments to APO/FPO addresses using only USPS (United States Postal Service).
When completing your Shipping Address during checkout, please make note of the following:
- The Country must be "United States"
- The City must be entered as either "APO" or "FPO"
- The State must be selected as either "AA" "AE" or "AP"
- You must enter your Zip code.
- Always remember to enter your full name, grade, and PSC or unit number.

What is your warranty/return policy?
ALL Computers purchased from Ultimate Custom Computers include a standard 3-year warranty (not one year with optioon to buy any extra year of warranty like all other major pc builders), 100% of parts and labor warranty against faulty components and workmanship. If something should go wrong, for any reason, any defects or malfunctioned components will be repaired or replaced under warranty terms and conditions. For keyboards, mice, speakers, monitors and other products we uphold the original manufacturer's warranty of a minimum of 1 year up to lifetime and we inclnclude a 7 day money back guarantee. Open and used software (including operating systems)is not refundable and any warranty issues is subject to customer support by the original manufacturer. Only the original Defective units will be exchanged or repaired according this wararranty at Ultimate Custom Computers, or by the original manufacturer's warranty terms from date of purchase. Do you have a retail location?
Currently, we do not have a retail storefront. This way we can keep our operating costs low and provide you with low prices. All orders must be placed via our website.

Do you offer wholesale pricing?
Unfortunately, we do not have a wholesale or reseller discount program available at this time. We already negotiate the best possible prices for you and offer these great prices to all of our customers through our web site. Anytime we receive any specials or promotions, we will post them on our website for you to take advantage of, under "Specials" in the categories menu.

Are the computers Pre-built, or Built to order?
All our computers are Built to order. These computers are ready to customize, waiting on you. We don't pre-build your computer until you are satisfied with the customizing, and then payment is confirmed. We then finish building it, just as you want it. This way, we keep our prices low and quality standards high. If our computers where Pre-built, there would be a chance you get someone else's parts in your brand new computer. You configure your own unique computer system which will always include brand new parts, direct from the warehouse.
